Petite Picasso Budding artists will use a variety of arts and crafts materials to make their own little masterpieces. (This program is a part of Artscovery) Ages 2—4
Art Exploration This class provides children with an opportunity to learn several artistic methods and materials throughout a 10 week program. Techniques in drawing, painting, collage and more will be explored. Ages—5—8 and 9—14
Cartooning This program is designed with a step by step method to create cartoon characters, draw action and movement, draw expressions and convey moods and develop a series of drawing to tell a story. Ages—5—12
The Power of Drawing Learn the fundamental skills and techniques that any child can grasp. Deal with perspectives, introduction to basic colours and how light affects mass. Ages—5—12
Introduction to Paints and Colour An easy hands on way of learning the do’s and don'ts of good painting. Learning the tools of all mediums such as oils, acrylics and watercolour. Ages—12—18
Face Painting As introduction to professional face painting. Learn different images such as animals and superhero’s to dazzle friends and family. Ages—12+
Introduction to Watercolour and Oil Painting and Beyond Learn different mediums, how to mix colours and how to apply colour. You will be assisted from beginning to end through instruction. Your choice of subject to be painted. Adults
Introduction To Drawing Learn how the understanding of light to mass, how texture can enhance your drawing, understand grey scale. Learn techniques for portraits, landscapes and still life. Adult
Private Classes Private classes are available on request for adults and youth. Private lessons are one hour in length, and focus on addressing the students specific needs. Receive one-on-one instruction to improve your skills in any medium.
